Congratulations to Paul Van Beers of Porongahau for taking out the Battle of the Golden Pliers for 2007.
Paul took out the title of Golden Pliers Champion for a record tenth time amid a field of 26 world class Fencing Contractors.
Second was World battening title holder Wayne Newdick of Taumarunui and third place went to reigning champion Owen Petersen of Owhango.
Congratulations to Jeffrey Joines who took out the Consolation final.
Paul and Wayne took out the Silver Spades title, the pair proving too tough in the doubles competition.
